Everything You Know Club is an functional club. The core of the club is information integration, mainly focusing on students' study, life and entertainment. The main purpose of the club is to collect and organize relevant information to help students save time and energy spend on collect them.

The external mentor group is comprised of successful people with various backgrounds, all of who are good combinations of professionalism, intelligence, and opportunities. They are not just the guide, but also the example of us students. For us, the external mentors are really valuable resources that are waiting to be tapped by you. XJTLU-External Mentor-Student Executive Committee (EMSEC) is aimed to support the mentor program. By holding lectures and some other activities, EMSEC effectively promotes the communication between students and their external mentors and help students have a better understanding of their future career and to become a young adult with an international perspective.  EMSEC organizational structure and respective responsibilities are as follows: one President and two vice presidents are responsible for personnel management and daily operation of the organization; four heads of the activity department, responsible for four activities including lecture salon, enterprise visit, off-campus tutor interview, and off-campus tutor workshop; there are several department members. The organization management will divide the department members into several groups according to the actual situation of each semester, and select one group for each activity, and the corresponding heads of the activity department will lead them to complete the task together. Joining us, you can have a thorough understanding of the external mentor system in advance, so as to make full preparation for selecting off-campus tutors in the junior year. More opportunities to meet and communicate with outstanding external mentors; exercise your social skills, improve management and activity control ability, and regularly obtain some skills training (such as ps, new media operation, etc.); communicate with more seniors senior, listen to their stories with external mentors, and choose a more suitable external mentor according to their suggestions. Welcome to EMSEC. The full name of PSYA is Phychology Association of XJTLU.Psychology Association is a functional orgnaization set up in 2012, which aims to spread knowledge of psychology and give support to students faced with psychological problems. A series of lectures, workshops and other kind of activities will be held for the purpose of warming the hearts of members while taking part in the activities. Futher, PSYA aims to assist keeping a healthy and peaceful living environment for XJTLU students according to our effort. 

The Youth Volunteers Association of XJTLU, which was constituted by the young students who are willing to be engaged in social service, was set up in June, 2008 as a whole school social organization. It is the largest public welfare organization of XJTLU at present, aiming to organize and guide the whole school youth students volunteer social service activities. The association follows the norm of dedication, friendly, unity and mutual help, which makes the volunteer spirit part of the spirit of XJTLU.

Student News Center（SNC）of Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, founded in 2009, is a student media organization on XJTLU Campus and one of the member media of China (Jiangsu) University Media Union. We are dedicated to using a unique perspective and an opening mindset to show the brilliant life and style of XJTLUer and have published a lot of original articles on the Wechat Public subscription "XJTLU Online".  SNC consists of News, Videos and Photography departments. Daily functions include newsgathering, new media promotion, video production, shooting and editing, and outreach planning. Liberty, avant-garde, innovation, and immediacy have become the labels and characteristics of Student News Center.

XJTLU Student Union was founded in September 2006. It is the XJTLU student autonomous organization, aiming to serve the students wholeheartedly. The 11th XJTLU student union has one president, three Vice-presidents and ten divisions——Secretariat, External Liaison Division , Student Service Centre, Academic Division, Literature & Art Division, Financial Office, Human Resources Centre, Publicity and Network Maintenance Division， Sports Division and International Division.SecretariatSecretariat links student union and the student affairs office and is the internal bridge to contact the student union and students. Secretariat takes responsibility for drafting and writing and all kinds of files management of student union, in charge of the student union mail transaction, having an important influence on the building of the image of the student union.Finance OfficeFinance Office is responsible for the student union of every item of expenditure budget and settlement, management and distribution of circulating funds and sponsorship. In the daily life, it is responsible for property management with regular financial situation of the student union.Human Resource CentreHuman Resource Centre's main job is internal examination and assessment of Student Union to supervise daily work and activities, completing the performance appraisal of each division. Other jobs are responsible for coordination of communication within the student union at the same time and the preparations of the annual student recruiting and general election.Publicity and Network Maintenance DivisionPublicity and Network Mintenance Division is responsible for Student Union magazine, Student Union event news reporting, online activities, activity materials production and Student Union online platform management. It builds the bridge of communication with the student union and students with its professional skills.Right Protecting CentreRight Protecting Centre's slogan is to serve the students heart and soul. It is positive for the students to create better learning and living environment. Model United Nations Council was established in 2008 with the purpose of fostering the undergraduates' ability to perceive international affairs and to negotiate in a team. In the past eleven years, we developed and prospered. Model United Nations Council has become a well-developed organization with excellent academic level, which has successfully held a great deal of conferences.XJTLU Model United Nations delegation has participated in international conferences in Harvard, Singapore, Turkey and domestic conferences hosted by numerous expert authority of interior universities. Due to success in preparation pf conferences, XJTLU Model United Nations is always in the process of improvement and innovation.

  We are a group of young adults that exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills as well as have fun from the service. We work side by side with Rotary to take action through service. English is our main communication language and we are sponsored by Rotary Suzhou. Student Enterprise Development Association (SEDA), Student Admissions and Career Development Office as its guidance department, is an organization to support students to innovate start up business, and to provide platforms for every student who have dreams of innovation and entrepreneurship to participate in the society and challenge themselves. SEDA holds business workshops and roadshows on business startup on a regular basis, building a bridge of communication for every young entrepreneur and people interested in starting a business. There are four parts of SEDA.  ·       Liaison and Planning DepartmentMain functions: Draft schemes and lead the process of activities.Raise funds and communicate with external relations.  ·       Entrepreneurship Service DivisionMain functions: Manage Sunken Plaza. Promote communication between the Student entrepreneurial teams and association. Offer service to student entrepreneurial teams.  ·       Publicity and Operation DepartmentMain functions:Manage online platforms and put forward Wechat push relating to business startups termly. Publicize our association and entrepreneurial activities in both online and offline ways. Design propagandas.  ·       Administration and Management Department Main functions: Collect information. Distribute the work when preparing for activities.Take charge of evaluation and assessment of personnel performance in association. ·     Image and Public Relations Department Main functions : to coordinate the arrival of shops in the sunken plaza; to organise and arrange for staff to sit on shifts, check water and electricity meters; and to be responsible for all day-to-day operations relating to the sunken plaza.
